Kombucha Brewing – Learn how to do the First and Second Fermentation Process with Samantha Gardner, a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, who has been teaching the art of food and beverage fermentation for three years. These workshops will include live (optional hands-on) demonstration, food to sample, plenty of time for Q&As, and recipe guides that include ingredients you can find on the farm.
Additional $30 fee due at the class for the One Gallon Glass Kombucha Starter Kit.
Fee: $30 + additional $30 at class for the kombucha kit
Date: 9/23/17 Time: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Registration Deadline: 9/15 to allow instructor enough time to create the kombucha kits.
